Our Story

Chris and I met on the dating site Eharmony. I was, of course, skeptical about the entire process. I had not found anyone worthy of a date after 11 months of being a member and my membership was about to expire. It was then that I came across the picture of this really cute guy with a black lab. Given my obsession with animals, I knew I had to get to know him more.

On the other end there was Chris. His contract should have expired after 3 months, but he didn't know he had to cancel the membership and he had to pay for an extra month. It was during this month that we met.

We spoke on the phone for a few months and when it was time to meet, Christmas was just around the corner. Chris was going to be in Leesburg for the holidays and I in PBG. I told him of my parent's Christmas part the next week and jokingly asked if he wanted to come. Knowing Chris now, it doesn't surprise me but at the time I was shocked when he accepted. So on December 22nd Chris came down to my parents house and we met for the first time. Oh and he also met and hung out with 18 members of my family at the same time. Three hours later my dad asked him to stay the night. Sunday morning came church and Chris with only jeans to wear. Enter awkward moment number two. My dad offering Chris a pair of his pants. Without batting an eye, he took them and the rest is, as they say, is history.

Our Wedding

Our wedding will take place on Saturday, November 28th 2009 at Harbor Hills Country Club in Lady Lake, Fl.

Our Reception

Reception will also be at Harbor Hills following the ceremony.
